Our facilities have obtained GMP certification
for tablets, capsules and ointments.
We are committed to sustained efforts and
investment in manpower and technology to manufacture
quality products. The
manufacturing facility is spread over an area of more
than 33,000 m2.
Quality
Assurance:
All
manufacturing and
testing instruments and equipment
pass through pre-validation, running validation, quality
validation (IQ, OQ, PQ) and re-validation. Each product
passes through process validation so that the production
of drugs complies with the stringent Pharmacopoeal standards
of safety and quality.
Personnel:
We employ highly qualified manufacturing and
testing personnel. Continuous training and development
during their working is encouraged, so that every
employee develops and sharpens skills. It is our
endeavor to ensure that people have an enduring goal,
"drug quality comes first ". All employees
undergo GMP, SOP and on the job training.
Environment
protection:
At every stage of the production process, concern
for safety and the environment gets the utmost
attention. All the effluents of the production process
are treated in the effluent treatment plant. Solid,
liquid and gaseous effluents are treated to meet
specified standards and to ensure compliance with safety
norms. Employees have a deep concern for safety and
environment facilitated through regular workshops on
issues of safety during work and environmental
protection.
