Most of my life has been spent in our company since I joined our company 25 years ago. Since then, I have also changed from a young man with high morale to a middle-aged and greasy veteran. I accompanied and witnessed the growth of the company, especially its rapid growth in the past nearly 10 years under the leadership of General Manager Zhang. Seeing the company getting better day by day, I was very excited. I hope to continue to shine for the company in this inconspicuous post in the future (give play to my remaining energy).

Twenty five years ago, when the factory of Rotam Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. broke ground, I was lost in youth and looked for a job in the graduation season. I was finally lucky to join hands with the company at a university campus recruitment meeting. It gave me a platform to guide me to be a professional pharmaceutical person, while I endeavored for it, simulating production again and again, welcomed GMP inspection again and again, and expanded production capacity again and again. It changed its name to Rotam Reddy, and became a multinational company with an annual output of RMB 1 billion, while I grew up to be a production manager, responsible for the supply of the company's sales products. It made me a success and a qualified pharmaceutical producer, and I witnessed its growth and expansion. The symbiosis and co-existence of mine and the company are very similar to the love of kapok for oak trees. Today, in its prime of life, the company has embarked on a new journey, building new buildings, expanding workshops and adding anti-tumor product lines, high activity product lines and freeze-dried powder injections. I firmly believe that this small but energetic company will become a shining star to attract more excellent pharmaceutical professionals. A total of 28 years has passed since I joined Kunshan Rotam Reddy Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in 1994. I have grown up from a novice to a veteran leading new recruits, leading them to do their work and guiding them. For the past years, I also have a deep feeling, and think it is really difficult to do the work, and that personal efforts are particularly important. We should take the initiative to learn, actively complete our own work, so as to be promoted and grow. Attitude is of great significance to work.
