In 2021,  Suzhou first issued the List of Class A Enterprise Directly Certified in the Comprehensive Evaluation on Resources Intensive Utilization, which has very limited and high threshold to be enrolled. The enterprise can only be shortlisted if meet one of the following criteria: “World's Top 500 Companies”, “China’s Top 500 Private Enterprises”, “Top 500 Private Enterprises of Chinese Manufacturing Industry ”; owns national R&D institute; the net taxation reaches over RMB 100 million in the year.

SANY Group and other 34 enterprises from Kunshan were enrolled in the “2020 List of Class A Enterprise Directly Certified in the Comprehensive Evaluation on Resources Intensive Utilization of Industrial Enterprises in Suzhou”, which accounted for 19.7% of the big Suzhou city by number, and ranked No.1 in Suzhou.
